4-6 Week Turnaround on All Custom Designs
Please allow 4-6 weeks for all custom design orders. Each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
No Refunds on Custom or Pre-Order Items
All sales on custom and pre-order items are final. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Assistance
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery. Please review all information carefully before finalizing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once an order is processed. If you need assistance with an existing order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery
Lady KLB Couture ships throughout the United States and offers standard and expedited delivery options. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, Lady KLB Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our designs are crafted in limited quantities, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure that each item meets our quality standards before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing customersupport@ladyklbcouture.com with photos and your order number. We will review your case and, if approved, arrange for an exchange or store credit.
