At Lady KLB Couture, our garments are crafted in limited quantities with meticulous care and attention to detail. Because of the exclusive nature of our designs, all sales are final. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing details, and images carefully before completing their purchase. If you need guidance, our Customer Care team is available to help you select the right style or size before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing customersupport@ladyklbcouture.com. Include your order number, name, and clear photos of the item. After review and approval, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue store credit if the item is no longer available.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Lady KLB Couture.
Pre-Orders and Custom Items
Pre-order and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are produced specifically for you. Please double-check your details and measurements before confirming your order.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you contact us quickly after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate any necessary adjustments before it ships.
