Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your items are shipped. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to meet our brand's quality standards. During high-volume seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

All express orders must be placed before 10am EST to go out the same day. If the order is placed after 10am EST it will ship the following business day. Signature is required for express orders.

Lady KLB Couture currently ships within the United States. We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout to meet your delivery needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping speed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery details.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, while expedited shipping usually arrives within 2–3 business days after processing. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control that may impact delivery times.
International Shipping
At this time, Lady KLB Couture does not offer international shipping. However, we are working toward expanding our services to reach customers worldwide in the near future. Updates regarding international orders will be announced on our website and social media platforms.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Lady KLB Couture is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, contact us immediately at customersupport@ladyklbcouture.com, and we will make every effort to correct it before the order is shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, Lady KLB Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim. We will gladly assist you in locating your package whenever possible.
Pre-Orders and Custom Items
For pre-order or custom design pieces, please allow additional time for production and delivery. The estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page or communicated directly via email. You will receive updates as your order moves through each stage of fulfillment.
